Harvest Profit Dealership Portal

Harvest Profit provides a dealer portal for managing customer accounts linked to a dealer. The dealer portal includes a range of tools to ensure customers feel secure and at ease when sharing their data with the dealer. With proper user permission, dealers can log in and seamlessly work on customer accounts.

When using the dealer portal, the Dealership starts off by assigning one employee as admin of the account. The admin can add additional employees as needed.

The admin can also grant other employees admin access if needed. Having admin access allows you to set sign in permissions for employees to specific Harvest Profit user accounts (clients of the dealer).

For example, you can invite a sales person from your dealership into the portal and only grant them access to certain clients Harvest Profit accounts.

Any dealer employee who is logged into the dealer portal can add a new Harvest Profit user. This can be a paid user or a demo user depending on what the customer agrees to. When adding a new user, you will need the Customers Name, Email, Address and Account Type (Demo or Paid)..

For optimal data privacy, a new clients Harvest Profit account is automatically set to revoke sign in access for the dealer. This means until that the customer will log into their account and grants your dealership permission to access their account, your dealership will not have access to log into their Harvest Profit account until this is complete.
